The rooms are quiet and spacious, offering a great view of the airport. Each room is equipped with central heating, a TV, and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel is conveniently located just 1 mile from a two-story indoor outlet mall.

The hotel room was clean, stylish, and offered an excellent view of the airport.

I love the hotel the staff very helpfull and the facilities very apropriate.

I believe not having a buffet breakfast onsite make it dificult for familiws like mine go out for it. or choice ambassy suites next door.

The only problem is that the elevators are extremely slow. Another issue is that no one could come up, even for our food delivery. I had to get out of bed put on shoes and wait about 5 mins for the elevator and repeat just to get to get back to my room.

The food here was enjoyable and reasonably priced, the rooms were clean, perfect, and bright, plus breakfast was included.

We really liked having breakfast included in our rooms. the service was top-notch and we were pleasantly surprised by the shuttle service to the mall - it was a nice bonus 🚌. It was convenient that there was also a shuttle provided here.

Very comfortable room and close to jersey gardens. Shuttle bus was available to bring us over to Jersey Gardens and when we needed to go back to the hotel just had to call.

I was told my reservation was not there and when I gave the booking number and name there was still no reservation. I got annoyed as I was just off a long haul flight and really just wanted to go and lie down. The receptionist finally found my reservation they had put my name in wrong into the computer.

It's clean

Rude manager gave us 9 minutes to get out of room although we were paying for a late check out. .. room is 300 and there is NO BREAKFAST OR ANEMETIES. ..You pay for everything

This place is perfect for shopping with cozy beds, central heating, TV, and coffee/tea facilities in the room, plus exceptional service and convenient onsite parking.

There was only one smiling face and it wasbthenlady at the breakfast counter.

They staff didn't pay attention to your needs. When I checked in the staff just stood there waiting for me to speak instead of asking if they could help. They never explained that I had a breakfast plan I had to ask. I never even knew the shuttle went to the mall until I checked out. This type of information was never passed on. To top it off when my brother went downstairs to get take out menus , he was informed we can't eat in our room we would have to eat in the Looby. That is unacceptable. So we left band dined of property. The staff just seemed upset and uninterested in there jobs.
